I bought my google home with the idea I was going to be able to speak in my native lenguaje (Spanish) but I was surprised I wasn’t an option. I hop google will fix this issue soon.

Not happy

The features google home offers are unique and fun to use. I use it regularly everyday.

I love my google home and my family also but the only thing that I don’t understand is why it doesn’t speak Spanish. My parents are fluent Spanish speakers and they want to speak to google home in Spanish but overall a good app

It needs a feature that NO ONE WHO HAS THE SAME WIFI AS YOU CANNOT CONNECT UNLESS THEY HAVE A PASSWORD THAT YOU.. YOU SET UP!!!!! Im so tired of ppl stoping my shows and muting the audio etc , please let us set up a password before you can connect

Im speechified! Wow! I especially like the far field feature. Definitely worth at least a try Update: FREAKING LOVE THIS DEVICE. Hands down better than echo.

This app dosent work at all for me. I sent messages for help and they never got a reply. Just a frustrating experience with no progress.

It an awesome gadget

You can’t change the volume of separate speakers anymore for some reason which is annoying when you need it louder in one room.

My google home is useless when it comes to asking it questions. It always tells me it doesn’t have the answer. The only reason I got this device was for hands free googling as my boyfriend asks jus phone a million questions a day. He still has to because Google Home never knows the answer!! Such a waste of money

Can not answer basic questions. And reports on day old events. Not up to date info

Google Home Assistant is my new best friend! I absolutely love it! I have an extremely busy life & I telecommute. Google home assistant wakes me up, tells me everything on my agenda for the day, gives local weather update & ends with morning news. As I am working throughout the day - google home Assistant frees my hands to add, subtract, multiply, or divide numbers for me as I am processing applications with 100% accuracy, adds things to my shopping list or calendar as I think of them throughout the day, sets timers & reminders for me, plays music from my favorite playlists at no charge through Spotify, if I am with a client on a phone call the home Assistant is able to pause, turn down, resume, etc, dials phone numbers for me, gives recipes & adds ingredients to your shopping list if need be & when cooking it tells you step by step the recipe & pauses after each step until you are ready to move on, it translates in any language, my grandchildren LOVE all the games & stories google plays with them, we all have had lots of laughs asking Crystal Ball questions, it narrates stories for children or adults, it has virtual sound pets, anything you would normally type into the google search engine through the internet - you can now just ask google & it tells you directions, interesting facts, etc. When you are ready to go shopping - your shopping list is on your cell & items can be checked off as you shop & google moves it to a completed shopping list for easy retrieval if you accidentally check an item off you didn’t purchase. I have not purchased any of the plug ins & adapters for thermostat or smart lightbulbs so google can turn my lights or tv on or off but plan to gradually add to my google collection in the future. I say “hey Google” so many times throughout the day, my dog now thinks his name is Google! This Assistant has really freed space for me & helped me to stay more organized. It truly is like having my very own personal assistant. Thank you Google for such a brilliant idea! (I just read online where someone complained about child privacy on the google home Assistant. I have grandchildren so I researched this as well. Just a note to anyone concerned, there is a “mute” button on google home Assistant where the microphone can be muted so that google isn’t recording all the time & you can also change your preferences where google doesn’t save everything you say or record it.

GARBAGE. In effective and poorly laid out app and I cannot cast anything from any of my devices even after pursuing all methods of troubleshooting I could find.

Worst app ever. Never work with other devices

I constantly have to unplug the chromecast bc the app never picks it up, or apps like Netflix or Hulu... Stick with Amazon products.

I have to reset my chrome cast back to the factory settings almost daily. It’s a real piece.

It’s the best one but wish it understood my kids command too to sing ABC song

Until google enables mail and calendar access for custom domain gmail accounts the advertising for google home is false and misleading!

I have to say the phone number instead of “call so and so”. I believe it would be easier if it has the contact already like the Echo has
