Always crashes, glitches, no volume, restart it over and over to get it to work. Just horrible for my Chromecast.

My primary reason for using this was the shopping list and they changed it to the point that it is useless. Will be checking out Alexa.

Used to love my Chrome Cast but since the update I want to throw it out the window. Keeps dropping my locations and wont reconnect or allow you to re-set up. Why do you fix something thats not broken?

Please update so the first gen Chromecasts are compatible with FilmStruck.

The Google assistant is great. However, Googles decision not just to move shopping lists from Keep to Home but also to bury lists further in the app, on top of not making lists available offline, has greatly diminished the functionality of the Google assistant. Now we use it basically as a set of speakers.

Everytime I connect and it detects my chromecast, the app just crashed, so Im unable to use it to control my chromecast.

After running updates on computer with iTunes, you still have to manually update all Google crap from each mobile device. This means iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch all have to be done separately. That wastes my time!!

At first, I loved being able to cast Netflix through my phone to my tv.. but after a month of having it, I have realized Im better off throwing the chromecast (which you have to download google home to your phone to use) into the trash because I constantly have to reset it, because it wont pick up the cast button which I previously used one episode before to pause my show. If youre thinking about purchasing a google chromecast... dont. Youre better off buying the Roku stick which I have had 0 problems from. I wouldnt even give this app 1 star because of how junky it is. Step up your game chromecast.

Lost shopping list after last update They seem to be working backwards. Every update makes things harder to use and the Google Home less useful.

I dont see my shopping list anymore. You moved it from Google Home to Keep to Google Home and now its gone. Consumer whiplash, no thank you...bye bye

Google home can do one thing pretty okay, and thats shopping lists. However it stopped working a couple weeks ago, making it the most expensive paper weight. Its been 7 months and Home still doesnt do 10% of what echo can do. Selling this to some poor fool and buying an echo again.

I wish I could return my google home, this app, and everything associated with it. Both the app and home are nowhere near as useful as you are lead to believe. Save your money and avoid these products.

With the latest update, it is so hard to find my shopping list and sometimes it doesnt appear at all until I close the app and reopen! I loved it when my shopping list linked up with Google Keep! Please make it easier to find the shopping list or better yet link it to Google Keep again!! Its what I use most!!!!
