Awesome app

Poorly built navigation, poor user friendly device setup, not intuitive at all. Wth google... I expected much better from you.

Chromecast used to just work! Now they messed it up! After installing Google Now on the network both my chromecasts and my Wemo devices stopped working.

As an IT employee; this is one of the worst technological experiences I have ever had. Will not sync with any of my devices in my house nor does it provide user friendly information. I am taking it back tomorrow. I had to give it one star to submit my review which it doesn’t deserve.

The google app isn’t so user friendly and I’m a bit disappointed in the lack of being able to customize google home within the app.

A stupid rule told me that my iPad had been used to often for resetting my password but they have not given me an alternative solution like using my email for verification like proper websites do. If they are crazy enough that I am rushing out to buy another phone for their convenience, they have another think coming.

Just got this and I’m already in love. The app is so clear and seamless. Love it!

I bought two thinking I can have one at work and home. I thought it would be more useful because everything is google. I could sync my list, calendar, etc. I realized that it doesn’t work as well as my Alexa. Hopefully it can work better. Google please make it work better thanks. I wanna love it.

She’s the Best one yet. Answers all my questions, plays all my Fav songs, tells me Trivias and everything! Im a satisfied consumer.❤️

Can turn on the tv by casting to tv but no option to turn it off when finished casting.

Lets face it, most third party apps with chrome cast support are terrible at it. But you are in luck, this app steps in to save the day. Most tv stations apps don’t allow you to change to volume along with your location in what ever your watching. This is frustrating especially as you got most of the way threw a show and the app crashed. The newly updated google app allows you to control the position in the show and the volume in a easy to use and pleasant interface.

The google home doesn’t play pandora from the pandora app. The only way to play it is by saying “ok google play xxx radio”. It doesn’t link to your account so it plays songs that were thumbed down. The instruction book is lacking. It doesn’t tell you to pair the device from the phone settings. It’s just not user friendly at all. Also, I only order one google home mini, I received two and was charged for two. I’m returning both.

The iOS app wizard cannot complete setup on my Google Home Mini. The home mini connects to WiFi but then the wizard drops into an “uh-oh” screen saying my WiFi settings need to be changed. Amazon’s echo dot works perfectly in the same network. I needed to borrow an Android to use the Google Home Android app to complete the Home Mini setup.
